Absolutely amazing to see the Globe Theatre after I've just finished my study on Shakespeare! Was beautiful and the history of the place filled the air. We are hopefully going back to see an evening performance next week - really looking forward to it!

Friday 25th September - Piccadilly Circus, Regent St, Duke of York Monument, lots of phone boxes, down to the Mall & changing of the guards, squirrels in St James' park, along to Buckingham Palace (Liz didn't show! had a sticky beak at her house), High tea at the Rubens, a gander at Downing St and along past Big Ben (Queen Elizabeth Tower) and Parliament on the way back to the station.

An amazing day spent wandering the streets of London! Many beautiful structures and intricate designs... especially loved the exquisite Buckingham Palace - covered in gold and absolutely spectacular to behold. We toured the place with (if I may), the best tour guide in England! Josh gave us some incredible information and history that made the visit that much better. After that, an incredible high tea and a wander through the park to feed the squirrels. Big Ben (or technically known as the Queen Elizabeth tower) was one of the most indescribably, spectacular buildings I've ever seen - also covered in gold and absolutely huge! After a quick trip home and a very deep sleep!!
